Kazuya Sakamoto is showing his work at JR EAST meets ART @ Takanawa Gateway Fest from August 18.
On this occasion, 12 artists have been called to investigate the concepts of "sustainability", "city" and "development" using each 130 meters of temporary fences as their canvas.
